Timetable ("we," "our," or "app") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information in our app that helps you create beautiful class schedules and save them as lock screen wallpapers on iPhone and iPad.

• Schedule Data: Course names, notes, time slots, weekdays, and color preferences you create in the app.
• Theme Settings: Your customized theme preferences including background colors, text colors, grid line settings, and selected themes.
• iCloud Data (optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your timetables and settings are stored in your personal iCloud account.
• Basic Analytics (optional): Anonymous crash reports and usage statistics via Apple's App Analytics (you can disable this in iOS Settings).

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

We designed this app to minimize data collection:

• No personal data storage: We don't store your name, email, or personal identifiers on our servers.
• No server storage: All your schedule data is stored only on your device or in your personal iCloud account.
• No device data: We don't access your photos, contacts, location, or other apps.
• No tracking: We don't track your browsing history or behavior outside the app.
• No advertising: We don't use any advertising or tracking services.

4. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Display your class schedules in the app
• Generate wallpapers from your timetables
• Sync your schedules across your devices via iCloud (if enabled)
• Save your theme preferences and customizations
• Provide multi-timetable management functionality

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data security is our priority:

• Local Storage: By default, all your timetables and settings are stored only on your device using iOS secure storage (UserDefaults).
• iCloud Storage (optional): If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure.
• No Server Storage: We do not maintain servers that store your schedule data.
• Encryption: All data stored on your device and in iCloud is encrypted using iOS security features.
• Data Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. iCloud data can be deleted by disabling iCloud sync or deleting the app data from iCloud settings.

6. iCloud Integration

If you choose to enable iCloud sync:

• Your timetables and settings are stored in your personal iCloud account
• Data is automatically synced across all your devices signed in with the same iCloud account
• We do not have access to your iCloud data - it's stored in your personal iCloud storage
• iCloud sync can be disabled at any time in the app settings
• Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy also applies to data stored in iCloud
• iCloud sync requires sufficient iCloud storage space

7. Wallpaper Generation

When you generate wallpapers:

• Wallpapers are created locally on your device
• Generated images are saved to your Photos library (requires photo library permission)
• We don't upload or store wallpapers on any servers
• You have full control over the generated wallpapers in your Photos app

8. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Photo Library Access: Required to save generated wallpapers to your Photos (optional, only when you save wallpapers)
• iCloud Access: Required for iCloud sync functionality (optional, only if you enable iCloud sync)
• Notifications: For reminders and sync status updates (optional)

All permissions are optional and you can manage them in iOS Settings.

9. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The app offers optional in-app purchases:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• We don't see or store your payment information
• Apple's payment and privacy policies apply to all transactions
• Subscriptions can be managed in App Store settings
• Purchase information is stored by Apple, not by us

10. Third-Party Services

We use only essential Apple services:

• iCloud: For optional data sync (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)
• Apple App Store: For in-app purchases and subscriptions

• Export: Generate wallpapers from your schedules
• Delete Data: Delete individual timetables or uninstall the app to remove all local data
• iCloud Control: Enable or disable iCloud sync at any time in app settings
• Opt-Out Analytics: Disable App Analytics in iOS Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements
• Manage Subscriptions: Control subscriptions through App Store settings

14. Data Retention

We retain data as follows:

• Local schedule data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app
• iCloud data remains in your iCloud account until you disable sync or delete the data
• We do not retain any data on our servers

15. International Data Transfers

Since we don't store data on servers, there are no international data transfers by us. If you use iCloud sync, data handling is subject to Apple's iCloud data practices and storage locations.
